Outdoor events
Ish’s main field of expertise is in large outdoor events, and
his record speaks for itself.
The jewel in Ish’s crown is the Essential Festival “which
started in Brighton in 1994 as a small outdoor reggae event”
growing into one of the UK’s most famous Dance and Roots Festivals’
with a capacity at it’s peak of over 60,000 over three days.
The Essential Festival picked up Time Out magazine’s prestigious
‘Best Live Event of the Year’ (UK) Award in 1997.
Having personally designed the sites, been the licensee, booked and
overseen acts and production at all the Essential Festivals, Ish can
organise any aspect of your outdoor event, be it the music, the production,
the catering, or the license, to guarantee a successful, safe and
enjoyable event.
Budget Development
Using his in-depth knowledge of the market, Ish Ali can
prepare accurate pre-event budgets and oversee the project to ensure
the budget set by the client is adhered to.
Risk Assessment
Every project requires a professionally constructed and researched
risk assessment in order to satisfy safety regulations. Ish will tailor-make
a risk management plan for your event, and ensure recommendations
outlined are upheld during throughout.
Safety is always of the highest priority, and thus all events will
be co-ordinated with the appropriate local authorities to ensure compliance
with regional safety recommendations.
Licensing
As required by the authorities, Ish Ali can produce and
submit a detailed Public Entertainment License application with all
necessary support documents, and ensure that license
conditions are met so that your event can take place. Ish has been
the licensee for all of his events to date (where one was required). |
